Generation Give

Here's How It Works:

  • Step 1:
    Set It
Schedule an appointment at an STBTC donor room near you anytime between June 13 and August 15.

  • Step 2:
    Give It
Help save a life with your blood donation. Participants can receive community service hours* and a Generation Give T-shirt.

  • Step 3:
    Share It
Snap a selfie in your Generation Give T-shirt and share on Instagram or Facebook using #GenerationGive for chance to win a free GoPro.

  • Step 4:
    Win It
Follow Connect for Life on Instagram or Facebok and check back in at the end of every month** to see if you've won.

*Community service hours are determined by high schools and student organizations.

**There will be one GoPro drawing at the end of every month, from June to August, for a total of three winners.

What do you need to give blood?

  • Must be at least 120 pounds or over if 16 years old, at least 110 pounds if 17 years old and in good general health
  • A Picture ID (Driver’s license or school ID is fine as long as it has your photo)
  • Parental Consent Form (if you’re 16 years old) – Download it here!
  • We’re testing blood donations for the Zika virus. The test itself comes after you’ve donated, but we need your OK and your parents’ OK to do the test. You’ll need to download and print this six-page form and get a parent’s signature on page 5. Click here to download the form: English / Spanish
