How do I get started?

Creating an account via your donor portal helps you to not only redeem points, but also quickly schedule appointments, get reminders when you’re eligible to give blood again and more!

A couple of things to note:

  • You are not required to create an account to make an appointment.
  • A Donor ID (which is given when you arrive at your appointment) is not required to create an account. Simply leave this field blank if you do not have your Donor ID. If you have donated with us before, an ID is needed to link your past donations with your new account. Call us at 210-731-5590 or Message us here if you have forgotten your ID. We can assist you with this step even after you’ve created your account.

How do I redeem my points?

Steps to redeem points for STB&T merchandise:

  1. Log in to your donor portal and select Online Store.
  2. Select your item and indicate size, if needed, and click Add to Cart.
  3. When you are done making your selections, click Proceed to Checkout.
  4. Select your mailing address and click Checkout.
  5. Your item will arrive in 4-6 weeks.

Steps to redeem points for an eGift Card:

  1. Log in to your donor portal and select Online Store.
  2. Select your eGift Card value and quantity.
  3. Proceed to checkout (verify address for STB&T merchandise) and complete checkout. 
  4. Wait for confirmation “Thank you” email from STB&T. 
  5. When your order has been processed, you will get an email from Tango with the subject line “Your STBT Donor Reward is here!” Click the redemption link and pick out the branded card of your choice. 
  6. Your chosen card will be emailed to you shortly with the subject line “Congratulations! Your STBT Donor Reward is here!”

Donor Rewards FAQs

Q: How soon after I donate can I redeem my points?​

Your points appear on your account 48 hours after donation and are good for 12 months from the date of your donation.

Your points are good for 12 months from the date of your donation.

Links to redeem eGift cards will be emailed to the email address we have on file.

STB&T merchandise will be mailed to the shipping address we have on file.
